Jean-Pierre Jeunet, director of The City of Lost Children and Delicatessen,
brings us the fourth and newest installment in the Alien series. Sigourney
Weaver reprises her role as Ellen Ripley who, two hundred years after her
death, has been cloned by scientists who hope to extract the alien inside
her. Once again, the aliens escape, reproduce, and take over the ship,
leaving only Ripley and a few friends (including Winona Ryder) to stop them
before they reach Earth.
